We are excited to unveil this year's AD100 trophies.
These handcrafted tokens embody sustainability, craftsmanship and a vision of a world where eco-friendly and natural building materials are a way of life.

We have challenged ourselves to repurpose waste materials from the construction industry and mining sector.
We are excited to reveal the process with which we made these awards.

Agrocrete®
We've partnered with GreenJams to create these trophies using their patented Agrocrete® a revolutionary alkali-activated bio-concrete.
It uses agricultural residues, industrial by-products such as fly ash and quarry residues, and their proprietary cement alternative called BINDR.
BINDR is 100% up-cycled and made from iron and steel slags and alkaline activators.
Kota & Marble Waste
We've utilised waste from Kota stone and marble quarries, two prevalent construction materials in India. Collaborating with a major Kota mine in Rajasthan, we've transformed Kota stone waste into a vital element of our trophies.
Similarly, marble waste, abundant near our Goa facility has been integrated into our design to achieve the desired colour and finish.

PLA Bio-resin Moulds
Our trophies are cast in 3D-printed moulds made from PLA bio-resin.
Derived from renewable plant starch, this plant-based, biodegradable and recyclable material is an eco-friendly alternative to harmful conventional plastics.

The Recipe
The composition of our unique trophy mix folows a precise 1:3:1:1 ratio of
BINDR
Our base, derived from Agrocrete® which includes steel slags & natural alkaline activators.
KOTA WASTE
Crushed Kota stone powder from quarries in Rajasthan. Adds strength and texture.
CROP WASTE
+ FLY ASH
Blend of crop residue and fly ash that would otherwise be burnt causing air pollution.
MARBLE WASTE
Powdered marble waste.
Adds finesse and durability.

THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF THE FUTURE
Our pilot manufacturing facility in Pilerne, Goa is set to produce 60,000 blocks for our prototype real estate project.
This project - a 10,000 sqft villa, is a showcase of our mission. Our blocks and bricks are crafted from laterite mining residue, BINDR, paddy straw and sawdust waste from the furniture industry. Our 400mm thick bricks, available in both hollow and solid forms, are load bearing and ideal for monumental masonry walls.

INNOVATION & EFFICIENCY
With high thermal insulation properties and a distinguished finish, these bricks are engineered for performance. They surpass traditional bricks and blocks with a strength capacity of over 10 MPa and carbon efficient, positioning them as the future of construction.
We are sure that more and more architects and developers will choose these materials for their developments and pave the way for a more sustainable construction industry.
